Foam Pump Assemblies

ARAMCO SABIC Chemical’s processing plant expansion required expanded foam system capabilities. The foam system equipment had to be located in a hazardous area. “Solution, Fire Lion fitted our foam pumping assembly with an ATEX approved, explosive environment motor.” 

PetroJet in Egypt had an old terminal that needed their foam system upgraded and installed outdoors, with limited electrical service. “Solution, twin NEMA 4X diesel engines with matching controllers and fuel tanks.” 

US Navy in Hawaii had a large new aircraft hangar being constructed which required 4 new foam pumping assemblies. “Solution, Fire Lion designed and produced the foam pumping assemblies to meet the US Navy specifications.” 

Hamid International Airport in Qatar needed to add additional fuel storage tanks and required new foam system pumps. “Solution, all stainless steel foam pumps, mounted on a base plate with electric motor drive.” 

Oman Refinery is located near the Gulf and required a foam pump to operate without electricity or a diesel engine. “Solution, a custom-built water turbine and housing driving the foam pump, using firewater to operate the turbine.”
